1. Our 30-Day Damage & Defect Guarantee We stand behind the quality of our products. If your OrthoVital order arrives damaged, defective, or stops working within 30 days of delivery, we've got you covered.
2. What's Covered Within 30 days of receiving your order, we'll issue a full refund or free replacement if:
For the Blue Light Therapy Device: ✓ Device arrived damaged or defective ✓ Blue light doesn't turn on or stops working ✓ Button or switch malfunctions ✓ Battery won't hold a charge or charging issues ✓ Housing is cracked or broken ✓ Any manufacturing defect
For the Antifungal Booster Serum, Anti-Odor Foot & Shoe Spray, and Nail Clippers: ✓ Product arrived leaking, broken, or damaged ✓ Dropper, pump, or nozzle is defective ✓ Missing components or tampered packaging ✓ Any manufacturing defect
3. What's NOT Covered ✗ Change of mind or personal preference ✗ Damage caused by misuse, drops, or water exposure (for the device) ✗ Normal wear and tear after extended use ✗ Opened or used consumable products (serum, spray) returned for non-defect reasons ✗ Products reported beyond 30 days from delivery
All sales are final unless the product is damaged or defective.

- Full refund to your original payment method, including shipping costs (for damaged/defective items)
